Lucy + Luke’s Benella Boho Wedding

Lucy and Luke’s wedding was one for the books! From their first date (which involved raw bacon—don’t ask, just read on) to their laid-back boho cocktail wedding, these two have always kept things real, fun, and full of laughter.

It all started at a local football netball club function. Lucy was absolutely smitten with Luke from the moment she laid eyes on him (maybe a little too much, but who’s counting?). Luke took the lead and planned their first date—he cooked dinner (and yes, he ate raw bacon while preparing it—an odd but memorable start!). They spent the evening chilling with beers and watching MasterChef, and honestly, it sounds like that’s still their vibe—simple, fun, and full of good food.

Lucy and Luke wanted their wedding to feel relaxed, so they went for a boho-cocktail vibe—no stiff, formal stuff here, just a good time with family and friends. Lucy couldn’t wait to get ready with her girls, and Luke was just as excited to have everyone together at their property. The bridal party photos were absolutely stunning—everyone was having the best time, and the energy was infectious.

We snuck off for some couple portraits outdoors, and I have to say, the light, the vibe, and the love between these two made for some seriously beautiful shots. But the real magic came during the vows. Lucy and Luke's words to each other were so heartfelt and genuine, it made the whole ceremony feel extra special.

Then came the dance floor. But wait—it wasn’t just any dance! Lucy, Luke, and their daughter Phoenyx put on a full-on performance, and it had everyone on their feet! Talk about a showstopper! The energy only kept building from there, and the rest of the night was filled with dancing, laughter, and memories that’ll last a lifetime.

Lucy and Luke, thank you for letting me be a part of your beautiful, laid-back day. From the vows to the wild dance floor, it was a day I’ll never forget.
